(no subject)

So I added GUIDs to my RSS feed yesterday, with the idea that it wouldn't push duplicate items into the feedreaders every time I correct a spelling error. And apparently what that did was push duplicates of every single item in the feed into the feedreaders. Sorry about that. The good news is that (assuming it worked) that won't ever happen again.


Also I had kind of a meltdown this morning -- a confluence of the swimming pool turning bright green, the septic tank backing up and gurgling water into the basement, and my brain failing to function to the point where I've been completely unproductive for a week and had to blow off my first deadline for an important new client. Which I did, and they were very understanding about it, but man. I've never done that before. Also I yelled at Emily, which wasn't nice.

During said freakout I cancelled plans with a few of you this weekend, various things, which I guess I could actually do now, since the deadline's already blown. But to be honest I don't think I'm up to it, I'm more in a curl-into-a-ball state right now. Sorry about that again. Maybe a couple of days of quiet time will get me back to planet me.
