Local-to-Berkshires people: you want to go to the drumming classes at Frog Lotus. Two teachers, both women; they're funny and super-friendly and the one session I've been to so far was a giggly hoot. My hands are still a little bruised; it's been too long since I did this. (There was a little pile of playa dust under my chair after the class ended, and it's been four years since I went to Burning Man. So that's kind of a clue.) shideem into coming; if we can get one more we'll have 'em outnumbered, and can take over, or something. So: Sundays, 4:30pm, $12 a class; they can supply a drum if you need one; don't bother calling the yoga studio for more info because the people who answer the phones don't know anything about it.
